Throughout the last year, we at Pangolin have been working very hard on improving and streamlining our support processes.

Among these processes has been a plan to create updated and easy to follow tutorial videos for our BEYOND software. With this in mind, we've started on the creation of our three-phase series of tutorial videos that we're calling "Quick Hints".

The idea behind these Quick Hints videos is to help new users quickly and efficiently learn how to use our BEYOND software. With each video designed to be as short as possible, while providing all the necessary information you should know about the different tools and functions inside of BEYOND.

To elaborate on what we meant by "Three-Phase Series", is that we are going to be creating and publishing three groups of videos—ranging from Beginner, Intermediate to Expert.

We've broken them down in this way to put what we feel may be easy-to-harder topics to understand in a way that makes sense for the user to follow so that they will not feel overwhelmed by the amount of information presented.

Following this, it's our goal to make sure that you, as the user, have the best experience possible. We're very open to hearing feedback from our users, so if there are any topics that we haven't covered, other tutorials, or any thoughts that you may have, please do not hesitate to reach out.
