Tron UK Release Party

Pangolin Dealer ER Productions transformed the Tate Modern turbine hall into “The Grid” from the film new Disney film “TRON”. The after party boasted the largest laser installation ever in The Tate’s history and one of the largest ever done in the UK. Fourteen full color laser projectors were used thrusting party goers into a futuristic Tron like grid.

The Turbine hall had 10 lasers controlled with two Pangoln 19’ Rack Mount units, running LD2000 . The bar area was then controlled on a separate system using four pangolin .NET 19’ Rack Mount Systems controlled with LD2000. The FOH rack controlling the Turbine hall had a LD2000 PRO system inside the 1u computer allowing faster programming but also utilizing the PRO features for the entire system. For the bar/club area they used LivePRO which enabled them to operate live to the DJ’s.
